Abstract


With economic globalization and increasing competition in the market, the domestic corporate information also experienced twists and turns of the road, many IT project failures extended enterprise awareness through the scientific method to promote the progress of projects to improve the only effective means of solving benign project extension the right path. Communications enterprises in the implementation of IT project management process, often facing a "period of the absence of a reasonable estimate" and "lack of initiative implementation process," a direct impact on two main issues of project progress. In this study, communication operators in the implementation of IT projects the process of how to carry out project management to explore the theme through literature review and case analysis for communications operators own characteristic style intervention project management.Intervention-style management model is the progress of project stakeholders from the point of view of enterprises in the communications process of the implementation of IT projects, there are awareness of the project at all stages of life-cycle project management of the use of scientific methods to ensure that projects within the time limit be able to realize progress on time. At the same time take the initiative to intervene in the implementation phase of the project implementation schedule vendor management process for the management, supervisors of identity to interfere with the progress of the development phase of the management in order to achieve improved communication enterprise IT projects deferred status quo.After theoretical studies in light of the actual case studies, the following conclusions can be drawn in this article:1. Communications enterprise IT systems as a Party during the construction process should take the initiative to the progress of the implementation of the project management work to resolve it faces the issue of duration of scientific progress and the lack of control problem, which contribute to improving the status of the project extension.2. There is no set of applicable communication enterprises effective project management solutions, intervention-style management model as the progress of the progress of implementing the management of Party A mode for communications companies to provide the corresponding reference.3. Communications enterprises to adopt the management mode of intervention-type pace the progress of the implementation of IT project management, time must be combined with the enterprise’s own organizational structure, project management status quo, human and technical resources to choose its own characteristics, such as tools and means of progress in the implementation of the management.4. The model of intervention-style management have a certain degree of professional knowledge and skills requirements, the application of the model will be with staff knowledge and skills to improve and be improved.5. Intervention-style management model concern the progress of the project duration and implementation stages of a reasonable estimate of effective control over the progress of work, but the impact of project progress are many factors. Therefore necessary to carry out a full range of enterprise project management, can we progress, quality, cost and other aspects of comprehensive safeguards system of the success of IT.
