Abstract


General contracting and project management of highway engineering is increasingly in recent years, highway construction large-scale , complex management more demanding situation should be timely . China as early as in 1984 , the State Council issued the \Thereafter as the general contractor of the construction project management standards \For most of the domestic construction enterprise , however , has seen 20 years of engineering and project management system , but there are still weak management of enterprise technology , economic strength is not strong , and the state of the lower level of the overall integrated management , and how to make our construction enterprises to adapt again deepen the international requirements of project management , engineering, general contracting vigorously develop the advanced construction project organization embodiment , the main point of this article . This thesis is based on theoretical analysis , project management and general contracting , summed up the experience gained in the implementation of project management in China . Specific examples of the use of project management theory on the progress of the of Wuyi to Shaowu highway project , quality , cost management , in order to solve the current construction enterprises in China to carry out the project general contracting some of the problems faced by China 's construction enterprises strategies and countermeasures to be taken to the project general contracting model .
