Abstract


The theory can not be divorced from social practice test , practice development must rely on the support of the theory . The purpose of administrative proceedings to lead the military as the theoretical structure of administrative litigation system , is bound to play an unparalleled role in the overall development of the specific construction of the administrative litigation system and the discipline of the Administrative Procedural Law . Although the legal circles in China for the purpose of administrative proceedings have been numerous , but few people pay attention to a critical analysis of the purpose of administrative proceedings from the purely legal philosophy .
