Abstract


This paper, using literature data, survey interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods to the college tennis elective creation of the status quo as the starting point of Shanghai Normal University Tennis elective research to understand Some College Tennis Elective teaching basic element status of the teaching process, teaching effect, and the main issues and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for further reform and development in Shanghai Normal University Tennis Elective. The results show that: 1, Shanghai Normal University Tennis Elective carry case the overall trend showed a good development of the state, in accordance with the syllabus of teaching objectives and plan the successful completion of the task of teaching, teaching better look, but also in the actual teaching to teaching, there are varying degrees of problems, thus affecting the quality of teaching and student learning. , Shanghai College Tennis Elective Course teacher level can basically meet the needs of teaching, but the imbalance in the number of male and female teachers tend to be younger, age structure, the low proportion of the title structure, combined with some of the teachers teaching experience is not long teaching experience to be accumulated, these factors will affect teaching effectiveness, improving the quality of teachers' work effectively. 3, Shanghai Normal University Tennis Elective able to meet the students favorite tennis enthusiasm to participate in tennis, and tennis fitness entertainment and leisure needs of the role of students' learning attitude, learning motivation is clear, these are provide a strong warranty to the smooth progress of the teaching. But in teaching practice, the students believe that tennis elective course teaching hours set less and less theoretical knowledge, technical exercises a short practice, the more the number of elective classes, resulting in the learning process can not be timely communication with teachers, did not correct understanding of their progress, which are affecting the teaching effectiveness of college tennis important reason. 4 Shanghai Universities tennis teaching content to teach too much emphasis on basic movement skills, fails to emphasize teaching content targeted, scientific, hierarchy, systematic structural system, the relative neglect of the development of students' psychological quality and cultivation of personal initiative, more traditional teaching methods, multimedia and other modern teaching methods and usage is low, can not use modern teaching resources; combined with tennis elective course materials use and site equipment and other hardware facilities can not meet the students sports demand, which in teaching activities, reach fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students can not meet the learning needs of individual and emotional experience is not conducive to teaching goals and the quality of students' sports culture is not conducive to students inside and outside class one and the lifelong physical organic convergence, a direct impact on the further development of the teaching of Shanghai college tennis. 5, Shanghai University Tennis single way of teaching evaluation, the content is boring, simple reflects the skills assessment as the main criteria for evaluation, ignoring the individual differences of students and students' interest in training, not from the point of view of the objective, fair and reasonable the actual level of the different levels of students.
