Abstract


Along with the spring breeze of reform and opening up and development of the times, the modern high-tech penetration applied to various fields of human life, people's living standards continue to improve. However, our national constitution was in recession. The reason is that we lack sufficient understanding of the fitness value of sports, there is no form of proactive, ongoing physical exercise good habits.
