Abstract


The high school students of physical health problems , has always been a concern of the CPC Central Committee , the State Council and local governments at all levels . However , since the reform and opening up , the level of high school students physique downward trend is quite clear , especially physical fitness decline has attracted the attention of many learned . Shanghai as an international metropolis , the change of the physical quality of the high school students with a certain degree of representativeness . In this study, a literature study, questionnaire survey , expert interviews , test method , mathematical statistics method , scientific analysis of physical fitness variation and influencing factors of the Shanghai Middle School 1985 - 2010 , influencing factors including policy , economy consciousness . Eventually draw the following conclusions : 1 . Shanghai Middle School Students' Physical Fitness decreased significantly . 2 some of the principles and policies and teaching thinking there is unreasonable . School students implementation of activities one hour a day need to be further implemented . General conclusions are given the following recommendations : 1 . Physical education need to increase the proportion of exercise . PE teachers should actively improve their own athletic skills . Diet of high school students need for education improvements. Increased education on the students' physical education and health knowledge . 5 . Teacher evaluation mechanisms need to be improved. 6 schools and parents should be taken seriously enough . 7 the introduction of the principles and policies and the implementation of Yuyao timely adjustments and strengthening . 8 schools should have the ability to actively improve the school's sports venues and other facilities .
