Abstract


Project management in the operational efficiency of enterprises play an important role. The concept of project management exists in every aspect of business operations , through project management concepts and methods of use , companies will greatly improve operational efficiency . Project management is intended to ensure that the project methodical operation, thereby improving the efficiency of the project and reduce costs, shorten the project cycle . Project management needs based on the different characteristics of various industries to implement . In project management , good project management, program management is to ensure the smooth operation of the premise . Before the start of the project , each phase of the project should have a detailed plan, including the prevention and resolution of possible risk plan. This paper aims to explore how to implement the manufacturing enterprise project management , especially project management, through the use of reasonable plan management, project management efficiency. By analyzing manufacturing operations project management and product management project management plan various problems , for every problem diagnosis, analysis , propose solutions to these problems . Finally, in the company of the actual project participants to explain the usefulness of these methods . Paper first introduces the background papers written by the author , introduced the domestic and international project management and program management of the status quo. Then be specific to this particular industry manufacturing enterprises , the author summarizes the manufacturing enterprise project management features, these features are described later in manufacturing enterprises on the problems and solutions pave the way . In the clear manufacturing enterprise project management features , the author details the program management in the modern manufacturing enterprise project management products , the main control content . Then the content of these key controls , indicating that control all aspects of the problems that may arise , and strive to remedy , to find a solution to the problem. Manufacturing project management by addressing all aspects of the control of the issue , in order to better manage projects , do it all under control , so that the project management to run more smoothly. Finally , the author in the actual work of several cases to illustrate how the program management for the project management services , by addressing the problems of those encountered in this article , does improve manufacturing efficiency of project management .
