Abstract


With the rapid transformation pace of large supervision company to project Management Company, it is the trend of the times to adopt the modern means of project management. Project management software is various, but because of we lacking of the market competitiveness and vitality, so it is lacking of personalized customization. In this background, facing the supervision industry online intelligent project management system operation is born.My research work is according to the reality of project management process and content. According to information processing of the project management basic problems on the system design and development, this paper’s mainly work as follows:First, combining with the working process, analyzing consolidation investigation result, and carding on the functional requirements of finishing to form functional requirements, analysis with the functional analysis. Design of the system architecture and system of the data table data structures.Second, on the system function and system security detail design, and development of realization. Mainly includes:progress management, owning the process management, investment and performance management, user permissions management etc. We should ensure the system operating normally in functions and performance and safety.Based on the above the main tasks, established online intelligent project management systems. System realizes the project information online management, chart dynamic data display, schedule automatic generation, etc. This system is in a comprehensi ve testing and evaluat ion stages and each function operation is stable and reliable, and it meet the application requirements of the project management.
