Abstract


Customers is fundamental for the survival of the enterprise , the the tariff risk warning , the customer base will help the enterprises to prevent electricity risk , and improve economic efficiency . This paper uses the theory of project management , Langfang Power Supply Company tariff recovery risk warning assessment of the project 's implementation . Electricity customer credit evaluation based on the scientific tariff risk identification index system and arrears risk evaluation model powered enterprise the tariff risk control and management measures , and the results used in the the tariff risk assessment and early warning practice , to verify the feasibility of the model .
