Abstract


Accelerating information construction is an indispensable way of the electricity companies surviving and developing in a sustained, stable and coordinated manner, when they have to face ever increasing demand of the electric power. The information construction of electric power not only involved in information system researching and developing, but also related to deep changing of power marketing management system. Tracking and researching of power marketing information system construction in provincial centralized mode had very important practical significance and application value. This article combining the requirements of "great marketing" opinion and "one marketing department surrounded by three supporting centers" marketing system innovation to marketing information construction, adopting in design idea of "enterprise modeling", bringing the practice layout of researching and developing, optimal combination of enterprise resources to achieved lean management, standardized operation and standardization service. At the same time, the article overall analyzed human resources organization, project schedule management and dealing of feature interaction in construction progress, and supplied the solutions.
