Abstract


With the integration of global economy, the exterior condition of business which the enterprise faced has experienced obvious change:the fixed production process, fixed customer demand as well as the slow and "steady" business condition of technological development transforms into the "changing" business condition with the customer, competition and the change as the chief features. The strategic management and the project management achievement, as an effective measure to deal with the change, has been adopted by more and more enterprises. The strategy is the enterprise development direction and project, being the source power of the enterprise’ development, becomes the carrier of implementing the enterprise’s strategy. However, with the increase of enterprise’s project, the enterprise is facing the new question:How to guarantee that these projects are consistent with the enterprise’s development objectives and can realize the enterprise’s strategy effectively. How dose the enterprise organize and manage many projects when faces numerous projects, but with limited resource. Scholars put forward the multi-project management thought according to the research on the above-mentioned question. In this thesis, a set of multi-project management theory of construction project is set out based on that thoughtA multi-project management platform of construction project enterprise is set up in this thesis by the thorough exploration of multi-projects management information system of construction project enterprise to provide comprehensive guidance both in theory and practice for the improvement of project management competence.The thesis aims to establish a reliable and reusable multi-project management system which by adopting prioritization management method, can coordinate and assign available resources, cooperate with other people and facilitate the synchronizing and stable operation of many multi-projects to ensure every project can be finished on schedule. The multi-project management platform established in the thesis, with the theory of project management knowledge system, organization methods, and information system framework as the guidance, multi-project management concept, multi-project management procedure, multi-project management implementation and the construction of multi-project management information system platform as the main line, discusses the question of multi-project management in construction project enterprise and is useful to improve the multi-project management competence of construction project enterprise.
