Abstract


Zhengzhou, China Unicom companies due to lack of unified planning , the existing system function is not perfect , not been able to quickly share information resources can not meet the rapid development of enterprise human resource management needs. In order to achieve Zhengzhou, China Unicom strategic objectives of human resource management , this paper analyzes the existing human resource management processes and problems , the use of project management principles and methods to determine the human resources management information system development objectives ; secondly , to manage information systems development systems analysis and design , and software vendors to evaluate , and ultimately develop appropriate human resources management information system ; Finally, human resources management information system implementation to evaluate the effect can be seen , the new system Zhengzhou China Unicom improve the efficiency of human resource management has great significance .
