Abstract


In an increasingly competitive era , the level of ability of new product trial related to the company's strategic development and even survival. Thus shortening new product trial project cycle , improve the success rate of projects and customer satisfaction are business has long been pursuing the goal . In this paper, based on elaborate project management theory , methods, and applications of common tools , to explore how the program management of advanced concepts and methods applied to new product trial project , in order to maximize the potential of mining enterprises in the trial of new products . This article in the detailed analysis of the adverse organizational structure of NSN 's new product trial characteristics of the project and the problems faced on the basis of the trial of new products project cycle is too long for TD-LTE , NSN , hinder the operation of the project , the use of the author established Program Management palm model to optimize the management of TD-LTE trial of new products project group . First determine the the palm six elements of the model , and then through the study of these six elements , the establishment of a set of methods and tools for NSN new product trial project group , new product trial project analysis , developed supporting solutions. On this basis , for the virtual PMO , put forward a series of project management standards ; communication management , communication management plan platform , while the other four elements of organic combination , establish a set of new product trial project management methods of the group , in order to facilitate future similar projects for better project management. Papers further validated through empirical research , project management , especially program management in the new product trial project group importance and significant effect on the ongoing trial of new products projects or enterprises ready to enter the field of new product trial practice guiding significance and reference value, and worthy of further in - depth study and discussion .
