Abstract

Objective: To study of S100A9 Hsp90β expression in colorectal adenomas and colorectal cancer tissues and its clinical pathological significance, preliminary to explore the relationship between the two. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining SP method and real time PCR method detected 53 cases of normal colon tissue, 31 cases of colorectal adenomas, the expression of S100A9 and Hsp90β in the tissues of 53 patients with colorectal cancer. Analysis All data SPSS17.0. Results: 1 immunohistochemistry in colorectal cancer: s100A9 protein positive expression rate was 61.3% (19/31), significantly higher than the 29.0% (9/31) and normal colorectal tissue of colorectal adenomas (22.6% 7/31), and there are significant differences (P lt; 0.05); S100A9 protein expression in colorectal cancer tissue differentiation degree of S100A9 expression gradually increased with the degree of differentiation of colorectal adenocarcinoma (P lt; 0.05), and the patient's age, gender, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, and tumor location, and other factors no significant correlation. Positive expression rate of Hsp90β protein in colorectal cancer, 45.2% (14/31), was significantly higher than that of colorectal adenomas, 22.6% (7/31) and normal colorectal tissues, 19.4% (6/31), the results are significant differences (P lt; 0.05); the Hsp90β protein expression in colorectal tissue differentiation, with the degree of differentiation of colorectal adenocarcinoma expression of Hsp90β gradually increased (P lt; 0.05), and the patient's age , gender, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and tumor factors such as no significant correlation. 2, Real time PCR experiments: S100A9mRNA, Hsp90βmRNA relative expression level in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of colorectal adenomas and normal colorectal tissue, with a statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); expression between different degree of differentiation of colorectal different, with the degree of differentiation of colorectal adenocarcinoma, S100A9mRNA Hsp90βmRNA the relative expression level gradually increased (P lt; 0.05). 3, in 53 patients with colorectal cancer tissues the expression of of S100A9 and Hsp90β of a positive correlation (P lt; 0.05), while no significant correlation in colorectal adenomas and normal colorectal tissue. Conclusion: S100A9, Hsp90β colorectal normal tissues - adenoma - carcinoma sequence \2, with the degree of differentiation of colorectal adenocarcinoma, S100A9, Hsp90β's expression gradually increased, and the patient's age, gender, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, and tumor location, and other factors no significant correlation. 3, of S100A9 AND Hsp90β of colorectal carcinoma was positively correlated. Combined with pathological morphology, simultaneously detect the of S100A9 and Hsp90β the expression can be more objective judgment colorectal degree of differentiation.
