DNA is the genetic information of the bear and the basis of gene expression, has the function of storing and transmitting information. Rapid detection of nucleic acid sequences in environmental monitoring, food analysis, forensic science, and other areas essential to the development of an accurate method for detection of DNA concentration and sequence and miniaturized analytical instruments analytical chemistry and molecular biology, oncology and clinical medicine disciplinary issues of mutual interest. Since found the electrochemical activity of the nucleic acid, DNA and within the electrochemical behavior of the group has attracted sufficient attention. Based on the above, the paper first synthesize taurine shrink salicylaldehyde Schiff base copper complexes, respectively, to explore the interaction between the complexes with DNA molecules obtained using spectroscopic methods and electrochemical methods. Using the presence of DNA can cause changes in fluorescence properties of the complexes, the establishment of a DNA a method for quantitative determination. In order to further investigate the composition of the purine bases nature of the DNA molecule, using electrochemical methods, combined with nanomaterials prepared modified electrode can improve the determination of the selectivity and sensitivity characteristics, comprising the DNA molecule the purine structure of the unit as well as DNA damage, oxidative The quantitative determination of the product were investigated. Text is divided into four chapters: (1) First, the nature of the composition of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and its internal base structure unit simple exposition, and then in recent years modified electrode classification and application, and nano- performance and application of copper oxide materials, final paper envisaged. (2) taurine shrink the salicylaldehyde Schiff base ligands, synthesized copper Schiff base complexes of Cu (TSSB) 2 2 sup>, using UV absorption spectroscopy Fluorescence spectrophotometry and voltammetry study Cu (TSSB) 2 2 sup> with the interaction with DNA, redox process by exploring the monovalent complex, two Price complexes with DNA binding constant ratio (k / k2), and Cu (TSSB) 2 2 sup> with the role of the nature of the material and heat-denatured DNA speculated that the mode of action electrostatic attraction. The use of DNA and Cu (TSSB) 2 2 sup> complex role to improve the properties of the fluorescence intensity of the system, and to establish a method of determination of DNA. (3) Preparation of nano-copper oxide cysteamine modified glassy carbon electrode using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry electrode 8 - hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OH-dG ) the electrochemical behavior, lower detection limit and a wide linear range, and 8-OH-dG simulated real kind of determination. (4) the use of nano-copper oxide prepared by electrodeposition method modified glassy carbon electrode electrochemical behavior of this modified electrode while guanine and adenine, found that the electrochemical response signal on this electrode than the bare electrode sensitivity high, and the use of the modified electrode Simultaneous determination of guanine and adenine.
