Abstract


With the evolution of the information society and the development of a knowledge-based economy, the growing correlation between the various elements of the modern project, and the increasing demand for the integrated management of the project. For the construction industry, integrated management requires companies to lower the cost of reasonable duration, the better the quality of the project objectives. Research and practice at home and abroad, earned value method is an effective tool to achieve this goal. Project activities, time of uncertainty for the project itself and the progress of the project will have a profound impact. It is not only the time of project activities is not conducive to the change in schedule control, and impact common project schedule. This paper first introduces the basic theory of the earned value method, including the concept of earned value method, the history of the origin and development of the three basic elements of the earned value method, and summed up the index system of earned value method, specific analysis groups representative performance characteristics and calculation of the index value and earned value analysis of the six cases. Second, a complete set of application processes earned value method. Which studied the different nature of processes of Earned Value (Budgeted Cost Of Work Performed, different calculation methods referred BCWP); add two performance analysis indicators earned value method based on two performance indicators - cost differences in the rate and progress of the difference in rates, and given formula. Finally, analysis of the progress / cost deviation occurs because, given the adjustment measures that can be taken. Then introduced the concept of the activity group and regulator, discussed the progress of the project management issues in the activities of the time under conditions of uncertainty. Activity group is set to eliminate the failure of the safety factor, reducing the number of management to avoid man-made causes schedule delays, to focus on controlling the various activities, which simplifies the difficulty of the project schedule control. Joined regulator to increase the relative independence of the active group, to make a change in a single activity time reduce the impact on the overall progress of the project. Finally, focus on the duration of the project activities are to obey PERT three estimates calculated value earned value performance indicators at each observation point, given the most likely earned value of a project in which case the observation point the value of the simulation results of the performance indicators, and on this basis to explore activity-based group earned value management issues, the idea of ??the progress of the project in the best and the worst two situations performance indicators value of the curve and the cost performance index value curve, The analysis of the curve of the schedule performance index value and cost performance index value curve range's role in the project schedule, cost, and quality control.
