Objective: To detect seborrheic keratosis, Bowen's disease , squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma lesions AQP3 expression levels , and explore AQP3 in the pathogenesis of skin tumors in rats. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect 30 cases of seborrheic keratosis, Bowen's disease 15 cases , 32 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 17 cases of patients with malignant melanoma lesions and 15 cases of normal skin in AQP3 expression levels , and skin tumors in each group was analyzed AQP3 difference in expression level . Results: 1 , seborrheic keratosis, Bowen's disease , squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma patients and normal epidermal tissue lesions are present AQP3 protein expression ; 2 , seborrheic keratosis lesions group AQP3 protein levels in the normal control group with no significant difference (P > 0.05 ) ; 3 , Bowen's disease , squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma patients with lesions of AQP3 protein expression level was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.01 ) , in which squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma group was the strongest, were significantly higher than Bowen's disease group (P <0.01), but squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma were no significant between the two groups difference (P> 0.05); 4, in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma group AQP3 protein expression and tumor differentiation was significant correlation (P <0.01); 5, in the transfer of malignant melanoma group AQP3 expression was significantly higher than the non-metastatic malignant melanoma group (P <0.05). Conclusion : 1, AQP3 may be involved in Bowen's disease , squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma of the development process ; AQP3 highly expressed in tumor metastasis and may be invasive growth plays an important role . 2 , detect AQP3 cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma in the expression of tumor differentiation might understand their situation as a secondary target.
