Abstract


With the development of information technology, modern hospital have established a variety of information systems, hospital information systems, clinical information systems, laboratory information systems and medical imaging information systems, etc., and achieved good results in the actual operation. However, with the continuous improvement of the service standards of the medical institutions, require hospitals to optimize workflow, more rapid and timely medical information transfer. Existing systems are independent of each other, it is difficult to achieve information sharing, and brought a lot of inconvenience for hospital work. So, we need the existing system through some form of integration, so that can not only interoperability, but also able to optimize workflow and provide some flexibility to respond to possible changes in the future. In order to make the entire hospital information systems constitute a good workflow system, the introduction of the workflow theory to improve hospital business process management, and improve work efficiency, and provides a new way of thinking. In this paper, the problem of how to combine workflow technology and hospital software system to analyze the business processes of the hospital, on the part of the process to establish a process model to establish a preliminary business process library; workflow modeling tool JaWE workflow engine Shark; proposed an integrated software architecture, using state-of-the-art multi-level structure, the whole system is divided into five main part; analysis of the functions of various parts and relationships; discussed may encounter some technical problems, and to provide ideas and methods to solve these problems; elaborated using workflow technology impact and change in the operating mode of the hospital. Hospital workflow information systems, workflow engine to focus on the business activities of the management of the hospital, and separation of the hospital business process logic and application logic of the existing system, so that the business process change, it is not only the need for the computer software system for a small number of changes to be able to adapt to these changes, greatly improving the flexibility and service life of the system. Workflow through the hospital information system, to focus on optimizing the business processes of the hospital, to improve the adaptability of the software system and preliminary validation of the feasibility of an integrated hospital information workflow, but also laid the foundation for future large-scale development . With the workflow technology continues to evolve, and in various fields to promote the use of, I believe will play a huge role in the hospital's information process.
