Abstract


The start-up phase of the implementation of a series of project management methodology , clear project objectives and scope of the project in the nuclear power project , the establishment of the project organization , the formation of a project team can optimize resource allocation , project division of responsibilities , preparation of project plans , effectively communicate with customers in a timely manner control project schedule, cost and quality , and contribute to the smooth implementation of the project . The specific application of the Ling Ao Phase II the DEC project management organization and project team building analysis, to draw guidance of project management in the nuclear power project management mode to explicitly choose nuclear power project management model should adhere to the basic principle . Program management is one of the important contents of the management in a project , it is the leading project management involves two core aspects of the quality and efficiency of the project . Project progress control goal is to ensure common implementation of the project plan , and ultimately to ensure the successful completion of the project under contract progress goals in accordance with the requirements of the contract the parties involved . P3E / C software is the most professional large-scale multi-project management tools , based on the program management of enterprise-level project management system . This paper analyzes the P3E / C software Ling Ao Phase II project equipment manufacturing schedule management activities , including the management model , the code of the preparation of engineering information , planning and progress tracking , combined with traditional management methods to advanced the progress of information technology management system as the core , to analyze and solve a variety of specific issues and summarize our experience and feedback .
