Abstract


The immunohistochemical methods Determination of Xiaomeishan by sows newborn , the 30,60,70,90 -day-old Su Jiang sow newborn , 60,120,150,180 days old hypothalamus , pituitary, ovary gabra1 distribution . The results show , gabra1 positive granules are widely distributed in the hypothalamus ; comparison between the different days of age , before puberty , after puberty labeled neurons were significantly less than puberty . The positive material red gabra1 , widely distributed in the pituitary cells , especially in the anterior pituitary . Appear in the granulosa cells of the follicle , the ovaries of gabra1 positive particles labeled neurons in every -day-old expression , and the expression of difference was not significant . Fluorescence quantitative determination of small Meishan sow and Sujiang , sow ages in the hypothalamus, pituitary , ovary gabra1 mRNA expression abundance . The results show that : the the gabra1 mRNA expression of abundance gradually increased from newborn to puberty , puberty and then decreased ; small Meishan sow differences between ages in a significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; Sujiang sow the hypothalamus of the newborn with 180 days of age , the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), significant difference between the rest of the day-old ( P lt; 0.05 ) , a significant difference between the pituitary and ovary of different ages . Small the Meishan sow puberty period before and after puberty , puberty three developmental stages hypothalamus gabra1 mRNA expression abundance were significantly higher than the Su ginger sows ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Radioimmunoassay five -day-old plasma FSH , LH , E2 , P concentration . The results show that small Meishan the sows and Sujiang sow FSH , LH , E2 newborn in high concentrations , and then began to decrease . To puberty , FSH, LH , E2 concentration . The concentration of P Prepubertal low, rising rapidly to puberty . In summary, the research provides the theoretical basis for determining the role and status of gabra1 the start of puberty , to elucidate the mechanism of animal reproduction and early maturing varieties selection breeding .
