Abstract


This article from patent protection research and business development practices , discusses patent protection to promote the development of enterprises relationship , combing and analysis of the corporate patent protection exists in practice legal problems , from a legal perspective , this paper proposes to strengthen corporate patent the right to protection initiatives. This article focuses on enterprise creation, management , use and protection of patents abilities and level of patent protection in order to improve the level of China's enterprises to achieve sustainable development of enterprises and maximize the benefits. The first part is an overview of patent protection . The concept of patent rights , patent protection features and concepts of the patent system , the role of the theory elaborated and introduced patent protection system in our country history . The second part describes the patent protection for enterprise development significance. Discussed mainly from four aspects discussed : patents become the most important asset , the patent is a tool for enterprises to participate in market competition , the patent is to improve the basic means of technological innovation , patents are patent trade enterprises in the capital . The third part of the practice of patent protection for our corporate legal problems that exist to sort out and analyze . Mainly analyzed and discussed from four aspects : 1. Patent' dissertation">Patent legal consciousness is weak 2.Patent serious drain 3 . Corporate patent development is less than 4 . Patent litigation obstacles . The fourth part of the strengthening of corporate patent protection proposed in this paper . Main patent protection for business practices that exist in law-related issues, from the \and recommendations.
