Abstract


Of the patent system has been 20 years since it was established in 1985 for the role it played in the process of China 's economic growth is pivotal . However , its importance in the economic theory has been overlooked . Until the emergence of the new institutional economics , the decisive factor of the system of economic growth really has been recognized by economists . These economists are on the system , the system changes its give a deep analysis and a full description of the role and impact of the economic growth , but these analyzes , and most of them stay in the exposition of the theory . This article is for the purpose of this \with reason , then study the relationship of China's economic growth , and finally put forward some suggestions on the current patent system .
