Abstract


Resource constraints project scheduling problem is the core content of the project management . Obvious defects existing analytical method and heuristic algorithms to solve this kind of problem , such as the calculation of large and difficult to achieve optimal lack of universality , etc. . First assumption resources in order to design a new algorithm to overcome the above drawbacks , unlimited \optimization sub - problem of the order of several parallel processes , reduce the difficulty of the work . In this paper, in which a class of sub-problems - 2N adjustment L parallel process for N of the order process . The CPM network characteristics and motor time law , in considering the subsequent process constraints , design a N- line with the amount of slack even order optimization algorithm, and analyze the time complexity of the algorithm . The sub - problems laid the foundation for a completely solve resource constraints project scheduling problem .
