Abstract


The 20th century is gold time for the Chinese oil painting, also a blustery time. Along with reform and open policy implementation, advanced western science and technology and industry product introduce, lots of ideology and the value idea also enter the home, it has had intense dashing with the Chinese tradition values and the cultural perspective. So appears a viewpoint that the practical drawing has perished, Even denied the achievement of the fine arts education during this 30 years crudely and completely, and gave up the tradition practical technique. They thought that giving up practicalize may obtain freedom In some kind of significance, it was a kind of misunderstanding, lead the practical painters into a Region in a dilemma, and resulted that many people turn to the modernism schools. This article explained the Dialectical unity of the inheritance tradition and the cultural innovation for Chinese Contemporary neo-realism oil painters after analyse the technique of West’s classicism drawing and Chinese neo-realism oil painting. If giving up tradition , it means cutting the cultural vein off; if being separated from the spirit of the age , it is equal to Suicide. Article explained the contemporary neo-realism oil painting esthetic value and the cultural choice, and has refuted the absurd viewpoint that the practical drawing withers away.
