Abstract


Since the 1990s , about the study and practice of the knowledge economy gradually shifted from a macro-level microscopic realm , academia began to study the microscopic foundation of the knowledge economy , namely the enterprise knowledge management and other issues, the business community is also actively exploring how knowledge management to the challenge facing the era of knowledge economy and excellent opportunities . Knowledge management is a complex organizational phenomena , and the existing literature on the effective promotion of the constituent elements of knowledge management knowledge is quite limited, too much emphasis on technical point ( IT ) and management point of view would be ignored ( organizational factors ) research , especially for What kind of knowledge management organizational structure is not in-depth study , but the lack of reliable empirical basis . How to more effectively implement knowledge management will involve a wide range of factors . This study explores the organizational structure for the role of knowledge management , knowledge management and organizational performance as well as the relationship between knowledge management and organizational structure and organizational performance in the intermediary between the effects were studied. The main conclusions of this study are: 1 . Organizational centralization , organizational formalization and organizational complexity and organizational performance is positively correlated ; 2 . Knowledge Management has five dimensions , namely: knowledge acquisition, knowledge application , knowledge innovation , knowledge dissemination and knowledge storage ; and knowledge management can be used to predict organizational performance , knowledge acquisition, knowledge application , knowledge innovation, knowledge dissemination and knowledge storage can significantly affect both organizational performance ; 3 . organizational structure determines the level of knowledge management , organizational centralization both conducive to organizational performance but also conducive to the implementation of knowledge management , organizational formalization is not only conducive to organizational performance but also conducive to knowledge management, and organizational complexity may help to organizational performance , but the organizational complexity and relevance of knowledge management has not been verified ; 4 . knowledge management in the organization between centralization and organizational performance plays a positive intermediary role in organizational knowledge management are formalized and positive organizational performance plays an intermediary role between , but can not verify that knowledge management in organizational complexity and organizational performance. intermediary role between .
