Abstract


Today , more and more enterprises and various organizations faced with this choice : investment in the services needed for the production and supply process , continue by internal staff or departments or through outsourcing purchased from outside ? \the best the rest of outsourcing out \profoundly change the contemporary mode of production . This paper attempts a comprehensive analysis from the point of view of economics contemporary outsourcing background conditions , the internal mechanism and profound impact . First , after the introduction of the background of outsourcing the rise as the theoretical framework of the Strategic Systems from the product division of labor and transaction cost theory combined with the angle of the benefits and costs of outsourcing . Then discussed from the angle of product standardization Outsourcing in different environments and their choice. Subsequent article in the discussion of the general conditions of outsourcing commenced , and then describes the evolution of the organization and production of the enterprise network outsourcing . Finally, a brief review of the whole chapter , undertake international service outsourcing and processing trade , and China's development outsourcing , especially to make some suggestions .
