Abstract


Aziridines as intermediates and precursors of synthetic nitrogen - containing bioactive molecules are being more and more attention . The first part of this paper , we develop an effective green thiophenol ring system of the three yuan Aziridination open . The method is in the aqueous phase by a cationic surface active agent , different thiophenol Aziridines offensive ring opening, high yield the corresponding β-amino- sulfide . Cationic surface active agent is the aqueous phase of the ring-opening reaction of Aziridines efficient accelerator . The second part of this paper is the nucleophilic ring-opening reactions in the synthesis of a series of proline as the parent the dual chiral nitrogen oxides , trying to apply it to Aziridines to get good enantioselectivity open-loop product . However , the results showed that: oxynitride only play the role of initiator in the reaction , therefore the reaction Enantioselective poor .
