Abstract


The history of Marxist philosophy is not created out of the air, of which there are thoughts of previous criticism and inheritance, as the founder of the philosophy of history, the influence of Vico on Marx should not be ignored. Vico’s "history of mankind was man created himself", which was put forward by Marx laid the foundation of historical materialism. Vico and Marx emphasized that in practice the important role of Marx and Vico .This is the essence of thought, but also best reflect the inheritance of Marx and Vico part. Vico’s philosophy of history is still shining light of wisdom, to recognize and study the inheritance relationship between the two of us a deeper understanding of Marxist thought has significance. This paper attempts to understand Vico and Marx on history, nature, dynamics and Comparative Study of the historical process and thus reveal the essential meaning of Marxist philosophy of history. Vico and Marx’s philosophy of history beyond their own fields with the original spirit of the times, so do some possible compare for the history of philosophy between the two is very meaningful.
