Abstract


This paper aims to explore the work of court interpreters ready Relevance Theory Perspective . Randomly selected translators, interpreters the Pretrial get the material is very small , these two phenomena is very common in China's court interpreters . As can be seen from the status quo of the Chinese court interpreter system the interpreter interpreters preparation work did not get the attention it deserves , and thus can not ensure the quality of court interpreters , especially the accuracy of the interpretation by the courts . The increasingly prominent role of court interpreters in the judicial system . How to improve the quality of court interpreters has become an important issue . However, courts interpreting studies seriously lagging behind , and research experience summary , the lack of theoretical support . Thus an urgent need to strengthen the theoretical research in this area . This article will Relevance Theory as a theoretical framework from the cognitive point of view of the court interpreter translated the preparation . The first chapter briefly describes the court interpreter , Chapter II of the court interpreter Relevance Theory and Translation prepared to do a literature review in Chapter III on the basis of a detailed analysis of the theoretical framework of this article . The fourth chapter in the theoretical framework of analysis of the short-term preparation , emphasizing the interpreter to prepare participants how to take full advantage of the indictment for the four main action . Chapter experiments prove Conclusion This paper analyzes the ability to guide practice . The experimental results show that the accepted students prepared to explain the interpretation accuracy than before the court interpreter translated did not accept students explain the significantly high . The sixth chapter is the conclusion . Issues discussed in this article are available the court interpreters reference . Also pointed out that a qualified court interpreters should possess the following qualities , the legal basis for the course should be included in the legal English syllabus , and made recommendations to improve the Chinese court system of interpretation .
