Abstract


With the economic globalization , the development of regional integration , as well as China 's accession to the WTO and the market economy system gradually improve project management is increasingly attracted our attention . We are committed to the establishment of a modern enterprise system , the Western developed countries is to concentrate investment in project management . Project as an important component of China 's current economic development factor , it is the success or failure of countries , businesses, and one of the most concern of the community . Project management and has played a vital role in the development and success of the project , project management flexibility to adapt to the changing requirements of the enterprise products . Therefore , in-depth and extensive practical activities to carry out the project management , to improve the level of project management is the need of the development of the times , the objective requirements of economic development . With the increasing market competition in China into a the improved enterprise project management capabilities , and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise products to guard against the risk of the business has become an increasingly important issue in the development process of the modern enterprise . The paper first analyzes the basic theory of project management on the composition of project management , project management, implementation steps , and how combined with practical application . Then introduced the basic situation and the technical details of the chip packaging and testing equipment , chip packaging and testing equipment for domestic and international market , an objective analysis , and feasibility chip packaging and testing equipment development projects through the research project management , stressed the importance of the project management an important role in the development of chip packaging and testing equipment . Finally , through a combination of actual cases of project management theory is applied to the chip packaging and testing equipment in the development process , the proposed chip packaging and testing equipment development enterprises must strengthen program management and process management chip packaging and testing equipment development projects and to establish and improve rules and regulations , promote standardized management , in order to achieve the purpose of the lead in technological innovation .
