Abstract


Successful innovation is critical to an enterprise in the modern service industry . Service innovation including the concept , process and interface innovation , technological innovation , service innovation wider scope . With the integration of the world economy and the deepening of the globalization of knowledge , enterprises rely solely owned by the internal resources to gain a competitive advantage has become increasingly difficult . This enables companies to focus on how to effectively integrate internal and external resources to improve the competitiveness of the ability to enhance enterprise knowledge creation and innovation . Cooperation and alliances with external enterprise is built on the basis of good social capital . Social capital has the characteristics of social networks, norms and trust . With the continuous development of economic globalization , companies are no longer just depend on the possession of scarce resources , and constantly improve the innovation ability to obtain a competitive advantage . However , any companies rely solely on their own limited internal resources to technological innovation has been unable to meet the needs of a variety of resources . Therefore , in order to effectively use internal and external resources , companies are beginning to move towards an open cooperation , networking and dynamic integration direction . Therefore, an empirical study of the relationship issues of corporate social capital and innovation performance has important social value . The study is divided into seven chapters , the first chapter of the purpose and significance of the thesis , research content and structure of the framework . The second chapter is the theoretical basis of study of social capital and service innovation . Chapter III study of corporate social capital constitute and build a path to corporate social capital is divided into three aspects of social capital , corporate external social capital , entrepreneurial social capital within the enterprise , and its constituent path respectively . Chapter IV describes the characteristics of enterprise service innovation , including the connotation of enterprise service innovation , basic types of sources . Chapter V is to study the impact of corporate social capital on service innovation performance mechanism , and the different dimensions of corporate social capital on service innovation performance . The sixth chapter is based on the theory of the previous empirical analysis , through the analysis of the data , verify the assumptions . Chapter VII Conclusions and Prospects , pointed out that the point of the research innovation and inadequacies .
