Abstract


Objective: To study melittin gene recombinant allosteric IL-2 (melittin-88ArgIL-2) chimeric protein in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) proliferation of NK cell cytotoxicity on human ovarian cancer SKOV3 effect on human cervical cancer cell growth and proliferation of Hela role of four aspects of the biological activity. Methods: MTT assay of chimeric protein on the proliferation of PBMC peripheral blood mononuclear cells , NK cell killing activity of human ovarian cancer SKOV3 and Hela cell growth inhibition effect. Results: The recombinant melittin-88ArgIL-2 chimeric protein can promote the proliferation of PBMC , can enhance the cytotoxic activity of NK cells , can inhibit SKOV3 cells and Hela cell growth and proliferation . CONCLUSION : The recombinant melittin-88ArgIL-2 chimeric protein in vitro have certain enhanced immune function and antitumor activity of the chimeric protein has an allosteric synergistic gene IL-2 and enhancing immune melittin role, and its anti -tumor activity get activated and significantly enhanced. Their future studies in vivo biological activity and preclinical research foundation.
