With the development of modern information technology , as well , and the combination of modern enterprise management theory as a set of financial , logistics, manufacturing , human resources, equipment maintenance and other functions in an integrated management system , ERP is increasingly welcomed by enterprises . The successful implementation of ERP can assist enterprises in scientific decision-making , improve enterprise management level and operational efficiency and effectiveness. However , ERP implementation is very risky , implementation success rate is not high . Today , whether abroad or at home, how to successfully implement ERP systems have been puzzled application enterprise software company, implementation of the consultant issue. Many researchers and consultants have been seeking a more efficient and more effective methods to ensure the ERP system in the enterprise application has a high success rate. In this thesis, two of today's most authoritative theoretical system Project Management ( Project Management Institute 's Project Management Body of Knowledge and the UK OGC's PRINCE2) as the theoretical basis , combined with a specific ERP implementation case , detailing how the ERP implementation process management, and how to ensure the success of ERP implementation project . To facilitate understanding and learn from, according to this thesis, project management cycle theory and practical application, ERP implementation will be divided into several phases, each were first introduced to follow theoretical knowledge related to project management and detailed practical examples of how to practice the application model, and clearly summed up the stage lessons learned . In this thesis, project management are carried out in many areas of practice in the application of exploration and summary : scope management, time management , quality management , human resources management, communication management, risk management , project integration management. In the case study , based on this paper and summarize the ERP implementation to ensure success of the project a number of factors in order to be able to ideas, theories and practice of ERP implementation to provide a reference. The most important feature of this paper is to combine theory with practice , focused and practical application . From case studies and practical tips, lessons learned , critical success factors and rich firsthand ( plan , templates , processes ) , etc., can be easily applied to other related projects.
