Abstract


International shipping policy research work for the national shipping industry and the national economy , the political and military aspects of great significance . China is in deepening reform and opening up , the the key historical stage of building a market economy and accession to the World Trade Organization . To the development of China's shipping industry must adapt to the times , in the study , analysis and summary of the economic policies of international shipping based on adjustments and improve the economic policies of China's shipping . Precisely for this purpose , this article focuses on the EU 's maritime economic policies carried out in-depth research and evaluation . This is not only because the EU is the world 's largest regional alliance , more forward-looking , and improve its maritime economic policy has normative , a model for countries shipping economic legislation . Benefit from the advanced experience , to bring a lot of inspiration for our country to develop and adjust shipping policies . Meanwhile , the strategy proposed in China in the future to develop and improve the shipping of economic policy as well as accession to the World Trade Organization negotiations should take some concrete measures .
