Abstract


To carry out extensive enterprise technology innovation is an important content of China's economic growth mode transformation , is an important way for enterprises to achieve economic and technological closely integrated , effective urgent need to address the deep-seated contradictions in the current production and operation . In recent years, the issue of enterprise technology innovation has become a hot issue of concern of the Chinese government and enterprises . In November 1996 , the State Science and Technology through the Technology Innovation Platform , the State Economic Commission in August 1996 to start the implementation of technological innovation projects . State Economic Commission, to establish and improve the technological innovation system as a key link invigorate large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises . The combination of actual enterprise technology innovation system theory study will help to improve the theoretical system of technological innovation , and also to provide a theoretical basis for enterprises to establish their own technology innovation system . The main purpose of the paper is to put up the theoretical framework of enterprise technology innovation system , and enterprise technology innovation system in product innovation, market innovation process research and discussion mechanism , causing controversy in this regard . For the solution of specific problems of enterprises involved in the process of technological innovation research object of this paper . Due to time constraints , combined with the study involved a wider scope , not empirical research . The paper systematically Comprehensive and absorbing domestic and foreign technology innovation research sector papers and monographs ideological points , based on their own findings . The main research contents of four parts . The first part is mainly elaborated the significance of building a technological innovation system , and introduce a foreign enterprise technology innovation . The second part is the main part of the paper , the concept of enterprise technology innovation , enterprise technology innovation system functions , constitute elements and the structure of the system . The third part of the main study the mechanism of the process of product innovation . The fourth part of the main study the mechanism of the process of market innovation .
