This paper attempts to study the mechanisms and effects of Literary Communication creative interpretation of metaphor Applying Relevance Theory. According to the theory, metaphor is a kind of loose talk, there is a similar relationship between its propositional form and the speaker thought propositional form. Its understanding does not require any special mechanism, but rather seek results found related principles explained. Different metaphors to express implied vary in strength and scope. More detailed analysis on the basis of these views, the metaphor of creative literary communication. This paper first introduces the main metaphor theory and pointed out their shortcomings. Relevance Theory as a Cognitive Pragmatics theory can explain better metaphor, because the associated theory is not only fully aware of the Metaphor property, and metaphor in the context of verbal communication research. Relevance theory is based on the associated definitions and two related principles. Associated cognitive principles of human cognition tends to coincide with the maximum correlation. Associated principles of communication is to express a stimulus should be envisaged for its own optimal relevance. The association is a comparative concept, and its magnitude is related to two factors: the cognitive effects and processing effort. The greater the cognitive effects, the smaller the processing effort, input the greater personal relevance. Then, the relevance theory of literary communication generality of explanation. Creative metaphor often used in literary communication, and it can not be understood to leave a certain context. Relevance Theory proposed an ostensive the inferential communication mode: speaker issued a stimulus signal, map on both sides of communication with each other through this stimulus signal, the speaker intended to reflect significant to the hearer or more clearly reflect a series of the proposition {I}. Literary communication is a weaker form of communication in verbal communication. In literary communication, the mode is still valid, and also that the following characteristics: First, the reader understand the results to greater responsibility; second repeated understand the inevitable and necessary; expressed series of weak implicitly. As an important language in literary communication means, creative metaphor also showed these characteristics. , This paper discusses the the creative metaphor understanding of the mechanisms and effect Process of creative interpretation of metaphor is basically consistent with other words, consists of three sub-tasks: to say so, the implicit premise of the derivation of implied conclusion. In addition, the concept of \Therefore, we propose that in the the creative metaphor process of understanding coupled with another sub-task: \\Confessed level, creative metaphor expressed a high level of confessed believe that propositional attitudes and a \Implicit level, creative metaphor to express a wide range of weak implicatures. But the creative metaphor effect is not limited to achieve results through propositions and propositional attitudes. The the creative metaphor also expressed non-propositional effects, such as emotion, impression, image. According to the theory, at least part of the non-propositional effect the ARelevanee TheoretieAeeountofCreativeMetaPhorinLiteraryCommunieation can use a wide range of weak implicit expression to explain. Of relevance theory, this particular effect is called \This research shows that relevance theory can effectively explain the creative metaphor, and relevance theory have a greater advantage than other communication theory in research blur effect and weak communication.
