In this paper, based on analysis of the actual situation of engineering construction supervision work for the outstanding problems of construction supervision of the industry-wide combine their supervision experience , the use of analogy , induction and combined with the analysis by the Commissioner of the domestic and foreign construction projects the nature, characteristics , main tasks and supervision mode contrast , in the new situation after the accession to the WTO , our engineering construction supervision model innovation methods and measures , including: strengthening the reform of the supervisory agencies , supervision and staff training ; perfect laws and regulations and the management system ; learning and imitation of foreign advanced supervision experience , with China's national conditions , combined use of a variety of project management model ; project management , improve investment returns for the owners .
