Abstract


Corporate charitable donations corporate social responsibility is the main way , and that today's corporate giving has been showing a new trend . Corporate donations project will not only create social benefits , but also bring many economic benefits for the enterprise . Therefore, at present many companies are actively seeking corporate donations project management methods . However, most of our companies do not pay attention at the donation activities , did not use the appropriate management approach for donations . Currently available for corporate philanthropy and corporate donations study also remain at the theoretical level , how to manage corporate giving little research . According to my investigation and found that the introduction of a corporate donation project management, research management activities have not , therefore , this study has certain exploration and innovation . In this paper, at home and abroad , and corporate giving corporate philanthropy research and project management theory as the theoretical basis for this study . Situation around corporate donations , management status and project management in the case of corporate donations in the use of three questions in a questionnaire survey analysis, data for research support. Based on the analysis of enterprise project management applied to the necessity and feasibility of departure for our corporate design of the project management framework applied to the use of corporate donations , corporate donations project management designed the basic content of the basic process , the use of the principles and use of technology processed and discussed in detail in project management in the use of our corporate giving points for our corporate giving program management activities have a certain reference value.
