Abstract

Russian youth slang language than Russian historical development of a new phenomenon . As a linguistic phenomenon , youth slang early in the 19th century had already appeared in linguistic literature . Linguistics has always put the language into the standard language and non-standard language . Linguists generally regarded focus on the standard language . On formal occasions, stressed the ingredients do not use non-standard language is necessary, but in addition to formal occasions communicative activities , human life , there are still more informal occasions communicative activities .
