Abstract


The problem of financing of professional sports clubs can be said is the biggest constraints restricting its development , the subject study was designed to address and mitigate the problem of financing for professional sports clubs provide theoretical support and practical guidance , so as to promote China 's professional sports clubs benign , and sustainable development . Use of literature , questionnaire survey , expert interviews , logic analysis method to analyze the factors that affect the choice of financing structure of China 's professional sports clubs use the rational core of the modern theory of corporate finance structure , and with the current foreign professional sports clubs the main financing methods proposed Professional Sports clubs in China should be mainly to equity financing , and complemented by an appropriate proportion of debt financing with endogenous financing conditions , priority should be given to endogenous financing . On this basis , combined with our financial practice , part of a viable financing structure to achieve by: equity financing, investment and joint-stock reform of financing to the club 's original shareholders of the capital increase , the risk of the enterprise group mainly ; debt financing loans to shareholders of the credit guarantee mainly within the enterprise group lending and commercial credit financing . Subsequently, the current financing of professional sports clubs , financing needs , insufficient supply ; narrow financing channels , the main source of funds to other enterprises ; single mode of financing , investment -based Enterprise Group risk ; financing structure does not reasonable , mainly equity financing constitutes the financing status of professional sports club . Later, from the macro and micro levels of the factors restricting the financing of professional sports clubs analysis and made a part of the targeted development of countermeasures : the development of the corresponding preferential policies to support the development of professional sports : appropriate to reduce capital market access conditions , development of financial products for financing of professional sports clubs ; improve China 's venture capital operation mechanism ; intensify the reform of professional sports management system and operation mechanism , to improve the club operating environment ; strengthen self-construction of professional sports clubs , the establishment of a modern enterprise system ; Canadian The big clubs engaged in efforts to develop , improve club profitability .
