Abstract


At present, the economic development of the Northwest Territories facing the dual constraints of the system and the industrial structure. Therefore, summarizes the characteristics of industrial structure evolution of the Northwest Territories, to reveal the evolution of the relationship of the Northwest regional economic growth and industrial structure, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in the Northwest has an important theoretical and practical significance. The Northwest regional industrial structure as the research object, using the method of combining modern industrial economics and historical analysis, the trajectory of the evolution of the industrial structure of the Northwest Territories, the characteristics of its economic growth effects in-depth analysis. Based on the characteristics of the industrial structure of the mechanism, the state features and characteristics of changes in the evolution of the industrial structure of the Northwest Territories is divided into three periods, the first period is \low-level structure is irrational; heavy industry-oriented industrial structure is self-enclosed, self-circulation. With the evolution of industrial structure, economic development of the Northwest Territories, Northwest's position in the economic landscape in the country has increased. The main innovation of this paper are: First, using a combination of modern industrial economics and historical analysis more in-depth, systematic study of the evolution of industrial structure in the Northwest, characteristics and economic growth effects, and analyzes their causes , summed up the historical experience.
