Abstract


Hunan is a Chinese hinterland , is facing new industrialization and new socialist countryside construction brings a historic opportunity , with Tan \also has a significant and far-reaching impact , in this context , we should seize the opportunity to promote the scientific development of Hunan economy , we must vigorously promote industrial restructuring and rationalization . Capital investment is the driving force of this adjustment , but more important is to have to be highly qualified professionals and high-tech products as a support. Therefore, give full play to the advantages and industrial advantages of higher education to support Hunan industrial restructuring and economic development is an important issue we face . Higher education is an important part of education , economic and social development of its demonstrated role is particularly evident, it is necessary to study and measurement of higher education 's contribution to economic growth . Given the contribution of higher education to economic growth is the most important economic indicators of higher education , this paper focus on the contribution of higher education to economic growth, to analyze this theme , revealing the higher education industry impact on local economic development factors . Qualitative and quantitative analysis of higher education and economic development of a virtuous interaction. Combined with the socio-economic situation in Hunan Province , from the scale of higher education , school levels and disciplines and professional structure , school layout and research , results and conversions and other aspects of the development of higher education to analyze the situation , the establishment of production function model of higher education contribution to local economic growth . Using a variety of statistical methods using SPSS statistical analysis software for higher education production function relating to the dynamic parameters of reasonable estimates.
