Magnetic composite particles as a new type of functional materials in recent decades has been fully developed. Magnetic composite particles in the biomedical field, to the research and development of functional materials brought a new direction, a new approach to biological separation and detection methods. This thesis is described in detail the research and development of magnetic functional particles, and in-depth interpretation of the magnetic particles in the cell separation immobilized enzyme targeting drugs, protein purification, nucleic acid separation, biomarkers and clinical diagnostic applications in the field. Experimental mainly under the existing conditions, the preparation of a stable magnetic fluid and Fe 3 O 4 / the SiO 2 Fe 3 O 4 / Au two inorganic composite function of particles to investigate the preparation of the principles and conditions, and comprehensive evaluation of its physical and chemical properties. First, the use of chemical coprecipitation method hydrophilic Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles, the depth of the precipitating agent added, the reaction temperature, time, reactant concentration, and a variety of factors such as particle size and magnetic properties of the product, Using a transmission electron microscope (TEM) the particle size of the magnetic particles was measured by using X-ray diffraction to determine the crystal structure of the magnetic particles, the light transmittance of the adsorption by magnetic force within a certain time on the the of Fe 3 O 4 nano-particles and magnetic response characterized. The results show that the product has the crystal structure of the anti-tip, the particle diameter of about 35nm, the magnetic susceptibility was 3.62 × 10 -4 sup> the cm 3 SUP> · g -1 sup>. The sodium oleate doing the surfactant preparation of a stable suspension of magnetic fluid of sodium oleate the Fe3O4 particle surface adsorption mechanism and conditions. The Preparation of the the fe 3 O 4 / SiO 2 magnetic particles, the use of the of Na 2 SiO 3 < / sub> is hydrolyzed under acidic conditions, the silicon-oxygen bond in the system Fe 3 O 4 particle surface bond together by TEM analyzes the morphology with IR spectra to determine the functional groups of the surface of the particles, magnetic balance measurements of magnetic susceptibility, measured using a spectrophotometer magnetic response; factors affecting the preparation of a more detailed analysis of the discussion. Own prepared Fe of 3 O 4 / SiO 2 magnetic particles extracted plasmid DNA in E. coli, the higher purity of the extracted and extraction rate proved the prepared Fe 3 O 4 / SiO 2 magnetic particles to achieve the separation and extraction of nucleic acids. Combined seed growth method and Frens method to prepare the particle size of 70nm about Fe of 3 O 4 / Au core-shell composite nanoparticles, explore the Au atoms in Fe 3 O 4 Reduction Mechanism of the particle surface, a simple analysis of the Fe 3 O 4 seed amount of product particle size , the experiment proved Preparation obtained magnetic gold nanoparticles surface was completely gold coating, UV spectrum can be clearly observed Namijinte some absorption peaks, has excellent magnetic response. Finally, the application of functional magnetic particles prospect put forward his own views, the extension of the subject.
