The Zhuang Mo religion has a long history, it bases on the animism, nature worship and ancestor worship, which afterwards develops into a kind of originality folk religious with the view of worshipping gods and praying for happiness. The Mo religion deeply roots in the Zhuang people’s soul, even affects all aspects of people’s lives. In the Zhuang folk, the person who engages in Mo is called "Bu Mo", and their religious activities are called "Gu Mo", the scriptures that they recited are called "Si Mo". The Zhuang Mo religion goes through the Zhuang birth ceremonies includes "Wenhua、Qiuhua ", "Jiaqiao", "Huanhua", "Jiebang" and so on, Bu Mo prays for safe and sound in the process of birth, which performs its mental comforting functions by means of chanting sutras, sacrifice and witchcraft etc. From the cultural anthropology, religious anthropology, sociology, philosophy perspectives, a series of Mo cultural ceremonies in the process of birthing, , which have integrating clan, constructing order and soothing emotions, moral education, adjusting mood, imparting knowledge functions etc. It reflects that the Zhuang recur to Mo to coordinate the relationship between human being and nature, human being and society, even interpersonal relationship, with best wishes of eliminating the disaster and getting happiness.
