Abstract


This study the EPC contract conditions \EPC general contractor for the design , procurement and construction , is the most widely used one international general contracting methods , is a turnkey project . At present , China mainly used for large-scale projects in the petroleum, chemical, water conservancy and other industries . However, with China's accession to the WTO , the accelerated pace of China's construction industry and international standards , EPC increasingly wide range of applications in the domestic construction projects . In this paper, by the terms of the engineering, procurement and construction ( EPC ) / turnkey project contract conditions \EPC contractor for the project management is divided into two angles to explore : First, the control method to explore the three main objectives of the investment , the duration and quality from various operational phase of the project management focus ; project integrated from the overall perspective of the project to explore management , including the organizational model of project management , project risk management , contract management of the project , project information management . This article attempts to point of difference from the EPC contract with FIDIC contract research , and management methods . End in China 's construction and development of EPC recommendations from multiple perspectives . This study will help to promote the applications including EPC general contracting and project management in the country , and help to improve the level of engineering construction management to ensure project quality and investment efficiency , accelerate our general contracting and management with international the standards .
