Abstract


Article Tracking soap opera research context, feminist scholars in several soap operas research works as a point , around the \Study attempts to outline the soap opera in the 1980s, the rise of the historical background, causes, and after the development of ideas and research methods , interpretation of feminist research breakthroughs in soap operas and problems . Belonging to the Western commercial television soap opera evergreens TV types, from the 1930s appeared so far has been popular, but this apparent and women are inextricably linked forms of popular culture , has been incorporated as late as 80 years before feminism research horizons. Soap opera feminist research many topics , based on mainstream theorists soap opera and soap opera viewers contempt ( both male and female ) on the soap opera affection , the article focuses on the reasons for the female audience favorite soap opera . According to many feminist scholars' research results , this paper considers the soap opera 's popularity , there are basically five aspects of interpretation : Female Narrative brings the fun , the performance of public pleasure mechanism , to show the private sector , the establishment of knowledge and discourse soap operas , provide an ideal family life. Article focuses on the study of feminism in the soap opera on the breakthrough: it corrects the soap opera studies of gender discrimination , as feminist sociology, psychology, feminism , women's history, a history of gender research provides a new perspective , and the use of cross- a variety of social research methods for analysis. Research on feminist issues in the soap opera is obvious : Feminist researchers have studied the position of the contradictions of the defect , feminist psychoanalysis and the audience on the lack of research and deliberately ignored the soap opera of race, class issues and commercial interests , these problems are thought-provoking.
