Abstract


Since the 1998 release of new funds has been a lot of evidence shows that the Fund was not able to act as a \In this paper, fund manager of the \Firstly, from the Western philosophy of rational and irrational angles, describes the theory and application of bounded rationality , summed up the status quo of China's Behavioral Finance Research . Then, the paper summarizes the status of the Fund's investment style is converging, simple marketing behavior , management behavior is not standardized ; applied game theory and institutional economics analyzes the behavior of fund managers the status quo. This paper uses the method of experimental economics limited rational behavior of fund managers made ??empirical research, come to our fund managers' decision-making is limited rational, emotional affective and cognitive bias the results , and derive the Fund's flock behavior , small-cap stocks preferences irrational investment decisions by fund managers and environmental factors as well as these deviations agency relationship of the decision, and build a fund manager limited impact on the Fund's investments rational behavior model . Finally, three theories of bounded rationality in the framework of a limited segment of the fund manager is the cause of rational behavior in the transition regime cost limited mental , emotional, affective and cognitive bias of China's Confucian culture also produced . In -depth analysis of these reasons , based on the value of the investment strategy and proposed investment strategies public sentiment two investment methods, and in the \two investment strategies is the best way to establish fund managers star system .
