Abstract


Based on the modern information technology, network communication technology, knowledge management and sustainable management of innovation, to built an enterprise operation model that centers on quickly responding to customers’ requirements, to construct a smart manufacturing collaborative work platform which closely integrates such departments as enterprise marketing, R & D Center, productive& manufacturing (logistics system), engineering implementation and customer services, to achieve the resource sharing and collaboration of knowledge and information on the basis of network. The author analyses the enterprise’s practical demands in light of advanced concept of Project Management to design and realize the Agile Manufacturing Collaborative Work Platform which is applicable to the Group enterprises by using the latest computer technology.On the basis of the system, this article firstly focuses on exploring Project Management, Workflow engine and Ajax technology; then starts from the needs analysis to exhibit the overall structure of the system by introducing the system functions, architecture, development platform and running environment, accordingly to analyze the key technology of the whole system; finally, combines the theory into practice to expatiate the methods that key technology comes true in this system and practical application conditions of the real system; at the end of the article, it brings forward plans to perfect the system and prospects.
