Abstract


Since the 20th century , countries around the world to implement the reform of fiscal decentralization . The relationship between fiscal decentralization and economic growth is of particular concern , most scholars focus and empirical measurement , the neglect of the mechanism of action between the two . Summarized and based on the study of the relationship between the two focuses on the mechanism of interaction between the two , and China, for example , an empirical analysis . I propose some theoretical assumptions on the basis of analysis from three angles of the revenue requirement effect, the effect of the intermediate demand and supply effect of economic growth on fiscal decentralization pathway , from the allocation of resources Effects, environmental effects of angle of financial the mechanism of action of the right to economic growth . Further, in 1994 China has adopted fiscal decentralization reform, economic growth also remained at about 8% . In view of this, we take the four indicators to measure fiscal decentralization , the use of time-series data and the Solow model to analyze China 's Fiscal Decentralization and Economic Growth , the following conclusions : fiscal decentralization is the reason of the economic growth , at the same time a positive correlation between fiscal decentralization on economic growth .
