Abstract


The "Quan Bian"(also called "Jing Quan")thought is an important conception in Chinese traditional philosophy.The"Quan Bian" idea is called "change according to rule" in the Chinese traditional culture, "Jing" is similar to" rule "and "quan" is alike "change"with"change".In a word,The two words for "Jing " and "quan" mean fundamental principle or general norm about the existence and development of something that are objective provisions with universality and absoluteness and unity. Usually which refer to outline,law, rule, rule; The "quanbian" is taken special and temporary strategy and measures in order to deal with urgent things when the abnormal condition and status occur, and it also is flexible measure that different things are changed according different times and conditions. And it is also a basical principle with immutable and invariable character. On the other hand, it conforms to the rule for the rapidly changing internal and external situation. You have to change when need change, you should unchanged when not need change. The change happens according to different status. and you will get good point from both sides with great ease in any place if you keep to "quanbian".China’s traditional " quanbian thinking" has been spread over two thousand years, for example," change in any place" and "you will learn change if you understand rule masterly in the daily life This interpretation for "Jing" and "quan" in ancient times are interlinked and mutual with "square" and" circle", "principle" and" flexibility" adhere to truth and understanding with practice.Any universal moral principles work according to various specific situations. And general principles and specific actions in conflict situations in real life is in abundance.Therefore, the evaluation and selection of ethical behavior is a very necessary and perplexing question, even if inscribing the proverb of sages, morals norm in mind. You may remain perplexed in the face of specific problems.And in the face of difficult choices Chinese traditional thought protect the fundamental righteousness with the basis on balance in special ways. And it actually implies a very important intellectual life skills and moral choice model for the traditional ethics.which is named "quan bian" thinking. The original idea for "quan" is to say the right hammer and the hammer moves and changes with the weight of object and it is also extended for the balance, "quanbian", flexibility, which is the relative with "Jing "the ancients said Tao is the best for invariable "jing" and "quan" that follows Tao but breach "jing". Now the "jing"word means principle, and the "quan" means flexibility. "quanbian " thinking rooted in Chinese traditional culture for thousands of years and the formation of China’s unique temperament and spirit, shaping mean ideology for everything by Chinese.This thesis regard "quanbian’thought from traditional Chinese culture" impact the development of contemporary Chinese society" as its theme, from different levels and different perspective on the Chinese traditional culture of "quanbian" thinking that was repeated interpretation and in-depth interpretations, meanwhile, meanwhile,, accurately and reasonablely analyses the revelation for intrinsic link between development of contemporary Chinese society and "quanbian" Under the background of contemporary social development in China, reform and opening up policy is principles and flexible in the new era. "Yi" said:"if you are poor, you have to change, and if you change, you will be flexible.if you are flexible, you will last for a long time." a country must be change and flexible if one developed and progress. Only break the old shell if exploit new value for a country. Unchanged is temporary, but change is constant. Today, reform has gone through for 30 years, China has made impressive achievements in every respect all over the world and it is in the social transition, the process of modernization along with the trend of globalization, which bring not only globalization of the economy but also to promote the of globalization for political and cultural ideology, West is as the banner of modern civilization, The inevitable trend in the possession of hegemony. Under such circumstances, Chinese cultural traditions and ethical due to different west ideology face enormous challenges, thus my county may encounter cultural psychology resistance in leading to the modernization process, which will increase our costs and difficulties in realizing modernization. "Quanbian" thinking for Chinese traditional culture have to correspond to with the modernization, and achieve and reregulate Chinese modern philosophy along with blend and make up each other and modernization.
